This app is great if you would like to give awards to employees or any kind of “thank you” messages. It has a lot of templates you can use, edit, print, or send directly to the employee.

This is one of the best apps out there for recruiting and performance monitoring. It enhances transparency and accountability in the candidate-recruiter relationship. With it, you can store necessary information about the performance of employees. This makes managing your recruiting process easier.

The app is multifunctional. It lets you store any kind of data and create talent profiles. You can manage data for compensation packages or conduct a recruiting process. PeopleFluent is useful for dealing with high-volume hiring or specialized headhunting.

 

 

6.   CRYSTAL—CANDIDATE ANALYSIS

Crystal Knows is a browser extension built for analyzing a candidate’s personality. You can use it in conjunction with their LinkedIn profile. It gives you data like their stress resistance level, personal preferences, or performance levels.

Zoho Recruit can help save you a lot of time. You can use the app to post jobs, manage clients or contracts. You can even manage and evaluate candidate’s resumes or information—so that you can be selective in choosing candidates according to your client’s needs.

Time management is an issue for many HR professionals. There are so many things to manage and administer!  Luckily, there are apps that can help you with most of the tasks you need to do.
